Shipping & Delivery Policy

Here at Look, we offer Standard shipping to any address within Global. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports, and Jurong Island.

We strive to provide affordable rates while ensuring the quick, prompt, and secure delivery of your items. To view the list of countries we deliver to and the corresponding charges, simply select your desired item and proceed to the checkout page. The delivery charges will be automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. No payment or registration is required for this estimation.

Order Status & Tracking :

All orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days after payment confirmation from our warehouse. Please keep in mind that certain factors, such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, as well as packing and dispatching processes, may affect the processing time. Rest assured that an email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been received.

Local Deliveries:

For local orders, we offer two delivery options: Standard and Express courier.

Standard Courier is free of charge for all local orders and typically takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time of order.

To enhance our service, we provide flexible delivery timing between 9 am and 10 pm, on weekdays and Saturdays, regardless of whether you choose Standard or Express courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can easily check and track the delivery status of your order by using the 6-digit Order Number with our local logistics partner. In case there is no one available to receive the package, please be aware that an additional fee will apply for re-delivery. To ensure smooth communication, please provide your contact number when entering the shipping details during checkout, as it will allow the courier company to reach you in case of any unforeseen circumstances. 

International Deliveries:

The time required for international deliveries depends on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, we assure you that your order is safely on its way. To track the status of your international order, you can visit our website.

Taxes, Duties & Tariffs :

For international orders, it is essential to comply with the import taxes, duties, and tariffs, if applicable, as per the regulations of your country.
